What does “Unlimited Designs” mean?

“Unlimited Designs” means you can queue an unlimited number of design requests each month. Your dedicated designer will complete each task in order of priority. You will be notified when a design is ready for review, and you can request unlimited revisions to each design.

What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of web and print designs, including: logos, business cards, letterheads, flyers, sell sheets, brochures, banners, postcards, infographics, signage, advertisements, brand style guides, packaging, product labels, icon sets, social media graphics, web graphics and more!

What services don’t you offer?

Our team can help you with any static print or web graphics. We don’t offer video editing, animations (including GIFs), CAD, 3D work, magazine design (with some exceptions), programming or web coding.

Can I resell my designs from Kwala?

Yes! You get full ownership of every design we create for you. You may use the designs in any way you wish, including reselling them.

How long does a design take?

The length of time it takes to create a design depends on (1) the complexity of the design task and (2) the availability of your designer. Simple tasks, such as a social media graphic or web icon, may take as little as a day. A brochure or logo may take several days to complete.

Our designers are located all over the world. Different time zones and holidays may affect the amount time needed to complete designs. For this reason, we do not offer a 24 hour design policy.

How many projects can my designer work on at once?

Your dedicated designer will work on one or two design tasks at a time. You can add unlimited design projects to your queue, and your designer will complete them in order of priority.

Can I have an urgent design created on short notice?

We will do our best to respond to urgent design requests but cannot guarantee that any project will be fulfilled within 24 hours.

Are there any long-term commitments?

No. Cancel your account any time, for any reason!
